Thank you to all who have supported and showed interest in our EV DC Home Charger. It has been 3 well spent days exhibiting at EVS30 in Stuttgart where the EV DC Home Charger received very good feedback. Many were impressed with its sleek design and features. Special thanks to IoTecha, CharIn, Ideation Design and Run Creative.

HRE Solutions is pleased to announce its latest product, the EV DC Home Charger.

The EV DC Home Charger is a high efficiency, high speed charger for Combined Charging System (“CCS”) compliant vehicles that delivers up to 11kW of DC to quickly recharge the vehicle without requiring an on-board charger in the electric vehicle and the expense of an external AC charger.

This project was undertaken in collaboration with IoTecha Corp., an Internet of Things technology company focused on Smart Charging and Cloud solutions for Electric Vehicles. Using IoTecha’s Combined Charging System on Module (“CCSoM”), we were able to introduce a fully CCS compliant charger to the market quickly.

The first generation EV DC Home Charger is now available for sampling and testing purposes by interested parties while the group’s R&D affiliate, Rectifier Technologies Pacific (RTP), continues to optimize the product’s form factor and cost with a target of mid-2018 release.

On October 9-11, 2017, HRE Solutions will exhibit the EV DC Home Charger with IoTecha, at the EVS30 tradeshow in Stuttgart, Germany. Our exhibit will be part of the CharIN e.V. alliance joint booth, together with several other industry leaders in EV charging. The impressive 230m2 booth (Hall 1, Booth F33) will be one of the highlights of EVS30.

“We are very proud to work with HRE Solutions and RTP to bring this exciting and innovative EV charger to market ”, said Oleg Logvinov, President and CEO of IoTecha. “Our goal is to accelerate the EV revolution by helping our customers bring standards compliant products to market more quickly and at lower cost. The EV DC Home Charger is a great example of this.”

Nicholas Yeoh, Director of Sales & Marketing of the group is positive about the prospects of the group’s first of many in-house developed New Energy products. He commented “The EV DC Home Charger is an innovation introduced to reduce power electronics in EVs, freeing up real estate in EVs, and to provide a lower cost and efficient charging option to the market. We expect a good market response for our EV DC Home Charger based on feedback thus far.”
